Locally Bon is a digital platform which offers to put in contact users wishing to find local producers around him and distributors or producers. The site allows users to create an account simply to follow a list of producers, follow their news or even interact and get in touch with these producers. Locally Bon also allows producers to create their own personalized space, inform their user groups of the latest news and also interact with them in complete safety.

I. Acceptance of the General Conditions of Use:I.1The use of Locally constitutes an approval of our general conditions of use. As connected users but also as simple passing users.

I.2

Our general conditions of use are available to everyone at any time. We reserve the right to modify them at any time according to the evolution of the platform and our decisions.

I.3If any of our clauses is found to be void by court order. It would in no case cancel our other clauses which will remain active.

II. Exclusion of liability of Locally GoodII.1"Locally Good" can in no way be held responsible for the content posted by the user. The user will be solely responsible for it. "Locally Good" does not guarantee the veracity, probity or honesty of the information given by the user, it cannot in any case be held responsible for false declarations made by a user and disclaims all responsibility following the use of "Locally Good". By publishing content on "Locally Good" the user authorizes "Locally Good" to distribute, modify, delete and / or reproduce said content on their site.

II.2If the data contained in the producer account should disappear, in particular following a fortuitous event, a technical breakdown or a case of force majeure, the responsibility of "Locally Good" could in no case be engaged.

III. The producer account:III.1Only legal or adult persons can register on "Buy at source". Any profile that does not meet the above conditions may be deleted without notification from "Locally Bon". V.
